AutoTranslate is a powerful new feature that enables communication between policy holders and their adjusters, even if they don’t speak the same language. Hi Marley seamlessly sits in the middle of the conversation and translates all inbound and outbound communications to the preferred language of all participants in the chat conversation.
With this release, AutoTranslate supports 25 languages. The adjuster also gets to see the message in the original language and the translated text inline in the chat window, as well as the case and customer transcript.
Sort by Unassigned
Adjusters can also now sort for unassigned cases in the "Custom" tab. This is helpful for teams that are creating cases in a high volume and assign after case creation.

With the release of side-chat, Operators have the ability to quickly and easily start a side conversation with support providers using text messaging for each case they are actively working. For example, operators can now send a text to their field appraisers who aren’t logged in or don’t have access to Hi Marley. This is the first of many exciting new features that will enable more people to be a part of the conversation.
