Mike is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Hi Marley. He is a serial entrepreneur and insurance leader, focused on bringing creative solutions to the insurance industry. In 2017, Mike and his team launched Hi Marley aiming to transform the way insurance communicates and make insurance lovable. Today, Hi Marley is the leading intelligent communication platform purpose-built for the entire insurance ecosystem. Mike previously co-founded and led Futurity Group, a P&C Insurance software and services company acquired by Aon in 2010. Prior to that, Mike partnered alongside over 75 insurance companies globally in various leadership roles with Aon, IBM and Accenture Insurance. Mike holds a B.A. in Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In his free time, he loves date nights with his wife, one-on-one time with his daughters and outdoor experiences from beach volleyball to telemark skiing to hiking the trail less traveled.

Jay is the Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Hi Marley. He has deep experience providing software and services solutions to the P&C space. Jay served as Senior Vice President of Operations at First Notice Systems, Innovation Group and Enservio, leading teams to achieve operational excellence. He joined Hi Marley because of their commitment to transforming the policyholder experience. He holds a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Jay is a passionate New England sports fan and loves coaching and attending athletic contests of his three children and 24 nieces and nephews. His haven is Cape Cod where he relaxes and participates in many outdoor activities to pass the summer.
