Lauren is the Chief Marketing Officer at Hi Marley. She has spent over 20 years in the SaaS industry and has a strong track record of scaling teams to support high-growth products. Her deep expertise in product marketing and ability to ensure that the customer voice is heard and reflected has allowed her to optimize go-to-market strategies while identifying opportunities for growth. Prior to Hi Marley, Lauren held several VP level roles at LogMeIn, ranging from Product Marketing and Customer Adoption to Corporate Marketing and Demand Generation. Prior to LogMeIn, Lauren spent a decade at Dimensional Insight where she led all aspects of marketing – from customer advocacy and acquisition to product marketing and analyst relations. Lauren holds a B.S.B.A. from Northeastern and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management. When Lauren isn’t developing and executing marketing strategies, she can be found coaching basketball or soccer in her hometown, passing on her love for athletics to her two children. She also enjoys traveling with her husband, creating charcuterie boards, spending time in the garden and working on the occasional DIY home improvement project!

John is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Hi Marley where he is responsible for driving product innovation and technology. He has spent his career developing software across many industries including telecom, government, finance and insurance and is passionate about creating solutions that have an impact. With Hi Marley, he was inspired by the opportunity to completely transform how people interact and communicate with their insurance carriers. He enjoys building strong teams, products and cultures. John has deep insurance knowledge. He led the development of ClaimsMonitor, the flagship product of Futurity Group (acquired by Aon). He was previously at a FinTech startup which was named Inc. 500’s #1 fastest growing company. John holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. When John is not working, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his family, surf fishing, biking, swimming and running.
