Lauren is the Chief Operating Officer at Hi Marley, leveraging over 20 years of experience in the SaaS industry and a proven record of building and scaling teams to support high-growth products. In her role as COO, Lauren leads cross-functional GTM operations overseeing new product launch initiatives, release marketing, customer success, industry strategy as well as marketing. Prior to becoming COO, Lauren served as Hi Marley’s Chief Marketing Officer, where she enhanced demand generation, product marketing and strategic growth efforts. Before Hi Marley, she held multiple Vice President roles at LogMeIn, leading Product Marketing, Customer Adoption, Corporate Marketing, and Demand Generation. Lauren holds a B.S.B.A. from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University. Beyond her professional life, Lauren enjoys coaching basketball in her hometown – sharing her love of athletics with her two children. She is also passionate about traveling with her husband, creating charcuterie boards, gardening, and tackling DIY home improvement projects.
