Mitesh is a Co-founder of Hi Marley and is responsible for overall company operations, strategy and customer success. He spent much of his career focusing on insurance and technology as an entrepreneur and advisor. Mitesh was Co-founder of Futurity Group, acquired by NYSE: AON and co-led Aon’s Claims Practice. He previously led IBM’s business transformation services for insurance and was an Associate Partner at PwC Consulting. After spending a career trying to change the industry from the “side lines,” Mitesh is excited to see carriers across the industry embracing Hi Marley’s intelligent communication platform to make a meaningful impact on customer experience. Mitesh holds a BS and MS in Computer Science and Management from MIT. He enjoys traveling with his wife and two kids and loves his F45 high intensity interval training workouts.

Jonathan is the Chief Product Officer at Hi Marley. He is a passionate technology leader and three-time Founder with 20+ years of experience leading world-class Product and Engineering organizations, notably at InsightSquared and ZEFR. Jonathan loves building teams, software and companies. Jonathan has an MBA from Harvard Business School and earned his BSEE degree from University of Rochester. Jonathan is family man and loves spending time with his wife and three kids. When not with them, you can find him playing Magic: The Gathering or in the kitchen cooking and baking!
