Ohio Mutual Earns 5-Star Ratings from Customers Following Launch of Hi Marley’s Communication Platform

Ohio Mutual Insurance Group Implements the AI-enabled Texting Platform to Enhance Customer Experience and Efficiency for Auto and Property Claims

Boston, MA – December 3, 2019 – Ohio Mutual Insurance Group has deployed next-generation business technology to serve its customers in a modern way through seamless text messaging.

Property and Casualty insurer Ohio Mutual initiated a pilot project with Hi Marley in September, with the goal of creating an enhanced customer experience for claims handling. After only a few weeks, customer response to the pilot was overwhelmingly positive, with 9 of 10 customers giving Ohio Mutual a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. Claims associates also reported being more effective and efficient while using the AI-enabled texting platform to reach busy customers, and reducing the frustration of playing phone tag.
