Hi Marley Announces Guidewire ClaimCenter 10 Accelerator

Latest Ready-for-Guidewire Integration Helps Carriers Continuously Modernize the Claims Experience for Employees and Customers Alike

Boston, MA – July 25, 2022 – Hi Marley, the AI-enabled collaboration platform built for P&C insurance, is proud to announce the availability of its Ready-for-Guidewire validated ClaimCenter 10 accelerator. Guidewire is the leading claims system of record for P&C insurance, and this latest integration includes validation components that benefit both self-managed and cloud customers. The accelerator will help Guidewire insurance customers quickly implement Hi Marley to deliver a more modern, simple and compliant communications solution benefiting employees, policyholders and the insurance ecosystem.

The seamless integration allows carriers to launch Hi Marley within ClaimCenter and leverage functionality directly in the Guidewire platform without needing to jump between systems. Hi Marley automatically captures all conversations and files related to the claim in one place so multiple team members can access accurate, up-to-date information, increasing efficiencies, streamlining workflows, enabling compliance and driving faster claims resolutions.

The ClaimCenter 10 accelerator incorporates a full API integration with the Hi Marley platform, allowing carriers to quickly stand up Hi Marley within Guidewire without requiring significant technical resources. Requirements that would take several months to a year now can take just two to three weeks. The ClaimCenter 10 accelerator is also highly customizable. The accelerator uses a reference implementation that provides customers with a default implementation code package to reference during the integration that they can customize and build into their system. Customers do not need to focus on custom API development, saving time and making the ClaimCenter integration simple and fast.
