Hi Marley Welcomes Mike Cayer as General Counsel
Boston, MA – December 16, 2025 – Hi Marley, creators of the only intelligent conversational platform built for the P&C insurance industry, today announced the appointment of Mike Cayer as General Counsel, overseeing all legal matters for Hi Marley.
Mike, a seasoned General Counsel, brings over 30 years of experience providing strategic and operational legal advice to tech companies across a range of sectors, including TraceLink, Acquia and BladeLogic. He has advised management teams and Boards of Directors on more than $500 million in private and public financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions of over $3 billion. Mike is particularly drawn to companies where he can marry his legal and business experience to help high-growth organizations scale.
At Hi Marley, Mike will serve as a strategic advisor to the Board and executive leadership, integrating legal, regulatory, and governance considerations into key business decisions while enabling innovation across the organization.

Mike holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
