Cassie began her career as a commercial auto and inside property claims adjuster, giving her a strong foundation in the real challenges policyholders and adjusters face. She later transitioned to product management, where she helped develop Liberty Mutual’s first integrated FNOL experience and the eStatus tool, empowering policyholders with self-service claim updates. Before joining Hi Marley, Cassie spent six years at HubSpot, creating tools to help customer support reps work more efficiently and effectively. Cassie is passionate about solving complex problems through customer collaboration and thoughtful design. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, is a proud stepmom, and enjoys reading and spending time with her dog, Ruthie.
