Hugh Allen has been an innovation and agile leader in the insurance industry for 20+ years. In his current role as Principal Product Strategist at Hi Marley, Hugh brings a wide range of insurance experience with expertise in Property and Casualty claims, underwriting, lead acquisition, and customer retention. Prior to Hi Marley, Hugh led innovation at MAPFRE Insurance, customer experience at VERTI insurance, and was a licensed agent in Massachusetts. He is passionate about demonstrating and expanding Hi Marley’s value within complex claims, service and sales use cases while cultivating network collaborations for our carrier partners to reduce process cycle time and increase customer satisfaction.

Jeff Young is Vice President of Claims Products within Verisk Property Estimating Solutions.  Jeff oversees the product management, innovation, enhancement, and customer experience of  XactAnalysis and ClaimXperience. 

Jeff has been with Verisk for over 16 years and his experience spans product strategy, product development, customer engagement/relations, and management.  Over the past 21 years, Jeff has been focused on and managing the development of multiple software solutions within healthcare and P&C industries within the areas of fraud detection and prevention, data analytics, estimation, and customer workflows.   

Jeff received his Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from the University of Minnesota, and a B.S. degree from the University of Utah.
