Bryan Falchuk named Head of Customer for Hi Marley

BOSTON, MA (February 5, 2019) – Hi Marley, the intelligent conversation platform that empowers the insurance industry, today announced the appointment of Bryan Falchuk as Head of Customer as it deepens its relationships with top insurers seeking to make their interactions with their customers faster, smoother and more positive. He will be based in Hi Marley’s Boston headquarters.

Reporting to Mike Greene, co-founder and CEO, Bryan will take responsibility for Hi Marley’s growth and customer success efforts. A former Chief Claims Officer and Head of Operations, Bryan adds the personal experience of Hi Marley’s customers to the company’s leadership team, ensuring the solutions Hi Marley offers directly address the unique needs of Commercial, Personal and Specialty Lines carriers in the P&C market.

Prior to joining Hi Marley, Bryan was Head of Claims at Hiscox USA, and has held several senior roles in insurance and as a consultant with firms including Liberty Mutual, Beazley and McKinsey over his 20 years in the industry. He has led functions across the insurance value chain, including distribution, underwriting, service, claims and operations. Bryan holds a BA from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
